Delete your TokiToki account
You can delete your TokiToki account and its personal data at any time, in the app, on the web app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: In the app or web app
- Open the TokiToki app, or go to tokitoki.tv, and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap or click Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email admin@ethereallabs.in with the subject "TokiToki Account Deletion". Include:
- how you sign in (Google, Apple, Facebook or phone number);
- the email address or phone number linked to your account.
Send the email from the address linked to your account if you can. We may ask you to confirm you own the account before deleting it, so that no one else can delete it. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted

Before you delete
- Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Subscriptions bought on the web app are cancelled when you delete your account.
- Coins and unlocks: any coins and unlocked episodes on your account are lost when it is deleted.
- Sign-in providers: deleting TokiToki does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account. If you signed in with Apple, we revoke TokiToki's access to your Apple ID when you delete your account.
